test world update-3

1-added a new item and a new menu!!

the hammer and they menu, right now just a wall can be made, the menu still in beta

2-added some animation to items, both when you use or get

3-the test world have a pause menu now with some basic (lazy) things

4-with the menu, comes the options that have just a premade graphics selector (its all buggy but i'll fix it)
